  Western Caspian University announces the Full and Merit-Based Scholarships for distinguished international applicants who wish to pursue bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral (PhD) degrees at Western Caspian University.  The aim of Western Caspian University scholarship is to encourage and support candidates with an excellent academic performance from low-income countries to study at Western Caspian University, a leading private university of Azerbaijan that offers quality education in the English language.  Full Scholarship  This scholarship covers 100% of the tuition fee on a competitive basis. Initially awarded for one year, the scholarship is subject to prolongation for the next academic year depending on the academic performance of the student.  Bachelor’s degree – 2  Master’s degree – 2  Merit-Based Scholarship  This scholarship covers 30% or 50% of the tuition fee on a competitive basis.   On May 4, the Ministry of Education organized a visit of foreign students studying in our country to the Military Trophies Park. The event was attended by 71 foreign students from 49 countries, representatives of higher education institutions, and employees of the Ministry of Education. During the visit, information was provided about the glorious victory achieved as a result of the 44-day Patriotic War. The determination of the Azerbaijani army was showcased to the students on the background of military trophies; acquaintance with other necessary moments also took place. At the end, the participants shared their impressions, and a memorial photo was taken.
