Within the framework of the interstate scholarship program, the Republic of Azerbaijan provides 10 scholarship places for Hungarian citizens for basic, master's and doctoral training in higher education institutions in Azerbaijan for the academic year 2021/2022. The language of instruction is Azerbaijani, English or Russian.

Application deadline: July 12, 2021

Number of scholarship places by level of education:
- 6 scholarships for undergraduate (BA / BSc) and master's (MA / MSc)
- 4 scholarship places for doctoral (PhD) training

The scholarship for higher education institutions in the Republic of Azerbaijan can start on 15 September 2021. In case the student's language skills do not reach the level required for the training, the scholarship student will also have the opportunity to participate in language pre-training (6-12 months).
