Hungarian citizens are invited to apply for the scholarship of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Students can apply to do BA/BSc, MA/MSc, and PhD degrees either in the Azerbaijani, English or Russian languages. For students whose knowledge of the tuition language does not meet the requirements, preparatory courses are organized. The duration of such courses is from 6 months to one year and determined by the admitting higher education institution. Costs of these courses are covered by the scholarship program as well. In 2022, the education year in the Republic of Azerbaijan will start on September 15.
