International Education Grant named after Heydar Aliyev
Starting from the 2024-2025 academic year, the Ministry of Science and Education of Azerbaijan will introduce the "International Education Grant named after Heydar Aliyev." This grant honors Heydar Aliyev's significant contributions to Azerbaijan's place in international relations and supports the education of international students in Azerbaijani higher education institutions.
